Connecting with Soul Speak

Jennifer Urezzio is the epitomy of true connection. Her discovery of her own as well as the Soul Language of others, has allowed people all over the world to discover their true power, mission and purpose. She has the skills to take you from here to there, minus the hype and put you on a path and journey to unlocking your true self and allowing your Soul Language to speak for and show up in your life. Recently she spoke with with Sharisa Robertson to unlock the key to finding the language of your Soul.

Where are you from and tell us how you balance family/personal life?

I am from Montrose, NY and one of my Soul Languages is called the Equalizer (Axiom of Quest), so balance can be a tricky thing in my life. Creating balance is about boundaries, systems and practices and you get to be radical about them. And, when I’m not, my body lets me know by giving me a couple of days forced vacation.

How do you start your day?

It varies. At some point before I begin my day, I connect to my Soul Language and listen.

What is your definition of soul? I think it is one of those words we use but many don’t know exactly what it is.

We all have different definitions for the word Soul; in my case I mean the essence of Divine energy.

What is Soul Language? How would knowing my Soul language be of benefit and of importance to me?

What Soul Language does is we’re putting some tangibility around the soul so you can connect better. You know we all have the resources inside of us and often we don’t really have the words to describe it. But once you have the words there is a deeper level of acceptance. So what Soul Language does is make the soul more accessible.

So Soul Language is divided into 3 categories and we each speak one language in 3 different categories; your mission, how you fill that mission, and your soulful personality, or how your soul prefers to go through life. So when you know these 3 things about yourself on a deep level, it allows you to accept yourself more fully, it allows you to co-create with the how instead of kind of making things happen. You know that all you have to do is tune in to your BIG WHY and then follow then the next divinely inspired step.

It allows you to have a deeper sense of confidence. It allows you to create a deeper connection with whatever you call your higher self. It allows you to connect deeper with others because you know what you keep putting into relationships and you kind of understand that we’re really all on our own channel. And to have really supportive relationships you have to have a supportive relationship with yourself. It allows you to reclaim your passion. It allows you to understand your truth and to know and speak it more clearly without fear andit helps you to dissolve suffering. So that is just a couple of things to understanding your Soul Language and the benefits of.

I found myself last year having an issue where I felt like I was not completely aligned with my soul. I felt like an inner conflict within and so I had to get focused on what I was trying to do and work on my own personal development.

External suffering can really get our attention t the internal because what we are experiencing external is what we are experiencing internally. I prefer to go through life without having to have to suffer outside of me, to get my attention. So the more that you practice this interaction with your soul and soul language, it becomes an important way to interact. It gives people kind of a structure, not to put anyone in a box but just to make it easier for people on this deep connection. Then you can keep choosing connection. You can keep choosing to know that you are whole and compete rather than choosing something else.

Can you give us further insight into the three categories of Soul Language?

First, there is the Axiom of Quest and that is all about your mission or your purpose here. Some people are under the impression that purpose and mission is really about doing. Someone may say “My purpose here is to be an author.” No, that is a delivery system. So we can get really confused with our delivery system and we feel like we are not doing or being our purpose. The Axiom of Quest, that mission- that purpose language is that first category. And not one category/language carries more weight or importance than the other.

Some languages in that category is “I’m an equalizer” so I’m all about creating that perfect formula of balance first for myself and then offering other their perfect balance of themselves. Pioneer is another language where consciously there is a conscious use of our soul that feels like whoo hoo or unconsciously which can cause pain and struggle. So a Conscious Pioneer helps forge new roads to completion from themselves and others. And unconsciously or in struggle it is like the bright shiny object syndrome where they keep getting all of these new ideas but they don’t go anywhere. They don’t go near completion. They can feel really unsupported because they are always out there first and begin to feel like nobody gets me. There are 19 separate languages in the Axiom of quest category.

Axiom of Translation, how you will be known here is the fuel of your mission, which is the second category. That is all about seeing how you show up in the world. It is all about what you utilize to fuel that purpose or mission. So my language in this category is called Teacher of Integrity. So all of my love I have been able to see where people are out of the consciousness of love for themselves. I offer them the chance to get back into that consciousness of love, which means back into balance, back into knowing that they are one with the divine, which they can create from anything in there. There are 33 separate languages in that category.

Some others are Huntress, which all about being able to pursue and track something consciously. Like a huntress knows what next step instantly to take. Unconsciously or in struggle, what a huntress would do is get an idea or fight against so strongly. They can be very “my ay or the highway.”

That third category is that soulful category, how our soul prefers to go through life. The formal name is Tone and there are 55 separate tones. That’s the largest category. Mine in that category is called Graceful Warrior. So that is about action, movement, courage, and grace. But most of my life I wasn’t very conscious of that. I was at war with everything. Of course, mostly internally this led to external wars. And it’s really painful to be at war with everything. Some other languages of that category is called collaborator, which is all about creating true collaboration. Those people prefer to go through life collaboration. Another language within that category is called Olympian. The Olympian has the ability to see the divine in everyone and really see the divine in humanity and bring that out in themselves and others. So those are a couple of examples for you.

How did Soul Language come about? Is it something that you created or is it something that you learned and researched?

It is something I asked a really big question about years ago. I said ok, God, (that is what I call my higher power) I know what my life’s purpose is but what do I do with that and how do I find more people like me? I sat down in a conference and this woman said, wow we are going to be friends and I said, “I totally get that”. Then I said to myself, “Why her not someone else who looks really nice. I don’t care if I ever talk to them again and what is that about”. What I heard through divine inspiration was Soul Language. I went ok and I just kept asking questions of the universe.

So after awhile I had this paradigm of 106 different languages across 3 different categories. I started identifying people’s soul languages. I would hear, “Oh my god, you just put words to what I know deep down inside” or “Oh my god- Thank you so much for giving me the words”. Or “Wait, I can accept this about myself. People have been telling me this is wrong but it really is not. This is who I am”. So that is how I received the information. I also now teach others to use soul language in their sacred work. So we have Soul Language and people working with Soul Language and money, people working with Soul Language and the body of people and money, in the body and in power, etc.

How long has Soul Language been in existence and what were you doing before?

Soul Language has been in existence since 2007. I was and still am master intuitive prior to hearing soul language. I was conducting intuitive sessions with people. Before that I was in marketing and PR. I just felt that I had this big purpose and this big mission. I really wanted to be of service in a big way. I didn’t know how to go about it and I just kept being led to different people, to different resources, hearing different information from the Divine. And that (and I am still doing that) is how I got to where I am today.

You have mentioned that your Soul Language is Equalizer, Teacher of Integrity and Graceful Warrior. So without giving away any of your nuggets, how does a Soul Language session go in terms of identifying a clients Soul language and what can a potential client expect?

So we identify Soul Language through therapeutic kinesiology, which is muscle testing. It is an energetic connection with a person’s permission that can be done virtually. I ask a person’s permission to connect to their soul through my body. So my body becomes a pendulum and I go down testing sheets until my body gives me a yes response to three different numbers, one in each category. And that’s how we identify the Soul Language. From there after the identification, the main focus is to help people move form unconscious or struggle behavior to conscious meaning to help people not feel disconnected but connected.

So we create a connection, you create a connection to your soul. Then we do some energy work and we ask some questions so you can really see how certain situations are making you feel disconnected from whatever you call your higher power, which create suffering. And then because I am tangible, I don’t like anything that can’t be put into action. Then we take all of that and go ok, from now, from this, where do we go from this, where do you want to move? What’s your next action step? What’s the next doing? So I can either work on a one time basis identifying a person’s Soul Language, or a monthly basis, or a special program basis. What I help is spiritual innovators to have a really big message, understand and be their message. Be that sacred purpose of who they are.

Can your soul language change?

Absolutely not, it stays the same. It would be too confusing, you know if that information kept changing. So once it is identified we keep that information on file, so if a person loses it they don’t have to worry. But once they are identified they’re that. They do not change.

Is it easy to read the Soul Language of others, in terms of compatiability, once yours has been identified?

Right now it’s practitioner identification. But once you know your Soul Language you can ask if someone wants their own identified. What happens is, once you kind of get into it, there are traits that you can see in someone such as a pioneering trait. Or you determine that they’re acting unconsciously there. What do I want to put into this relationship then? So you get to start to see the patterns in your life. We have people in the community that know everyone, that everyone in their live has been identified. And so they know who they kind of collect on a soul level.

In reading the book, because the book has the 107 different languages, you get to kind of understand that our souls can be so visible. You get to kind of understand why you may feel “I think that my best friend is a negotiator because she keeps doing this”. So I am going to read that negotiator’s language and I am going to kind of put different stuff in the relationship between us. So I am not so pissed off when she keeps trying to negotiate things with everything.

Tell me about your book?

It’s Soul Language: Consciously Connecting with your Soul for Success. And I was inspired by a body of work I was writing to teach practitioners already and I was regularly asked “Hey, Do you have a book?” So I just wanted to understand my own soul better and that’s how it all took shape. It’s a big book, about 500 pages and includes all the languages and while they can’t identify their own Soul Language, with each purchase they get a complimentary fifteen minute session so they can learn one language. It’s a reference and tool/resource of information that will allow you to get to know yourself better. It just speaks to people.

Soul language sounds like it can be beneficial everyone however who is your ideal target market and do they have to be in a certain state of mind to be receptive to your training?

Well I think my person, as the founder of Soul Language; my person wants to be deeply connected to something bigger and really wants that connection to be something profound. And also wants to create big transformation for themselves and others. My person is a person who wants to transform the world. I think that and having that connection practice, having that way to be in constant conversation in a conscious way with yourself allows people that spring board to be that innovator that they know they are deep down inside.

Now other practitioners deal with understanding the body. Or understanding the capital within, resources, or understanding your power. My person –particularly- really is a person that feels they want to connect. They are on a spiritual path, have been on a spiritual path their entire lives. They know, the more that they know, they more they don’t know.

What is the highlight of your work, what keeps you motivated and lastly what is your biggest influence?

That’s a multi-faceted question. I think the highlight when you see that kind of (and I mean virtually because most f the time I work virtually) but when you know that light bulb goes off. And someone goes “Wait, I am not alone, the divine, God, universe -we don’t care what you call it-Wow that energy does love me. I am supported.” There is just a light bulb that goes off.

I think that is really inspiring. I think it is really inspiring when one of my people, spiritually innovative people are doing just amazing, brilliant things and I can see how they are changing the world. What keeps me going is connection-always connecting. On a personal level what has really been keeping me going is lately, is learning to sing on a deeper level and changing my own frequency of my voice. It is the hardest thing I have ever done. It is really rewarding and it has shaped everything over the last year about connecting.

What are the core principles and values of your business?

I think honesty, courage, strength, integrity. I don’t have the answers I just ask really good questions and I am here to help people fish and know that they can fish. I don’t believe that there is a secret solution for everything. That is just marketing hype. I just think we all have the answers inside and sometimes you just need people who ask really good questions.

You know, I hear time and time again from people who have been in therapy for years and felt like they talked to me for fifteen minutes and it’s resolved. It’s not because I am doing anything. It is because I am asking really great questions and we are talking directly to your soul. So I think one of the big cores is truth. Not my truth, you know. Truth with a BIG ”T”, divine truth and what that means to you.

I don’t like the word “Coach” because everyone is a coach and it is so overused but that is truly what a coach is and does. They ask the right questions to get the client to dig deep within for the answer. A “coach” will challenge you and have usually been through what they are teaching which provides some level of background and personal experience as well.

I am not knocking therapy but sometimes they don’t have that background to understand each client’s issues. It isn’t all text-book and there has to be a common ground between you and those you are helping. And as the client grows so does the coach therefor allowing the coach to learn and grow along the way through the process of helping their client.

As a joke-I got a dictionary/thesaurus when I graduated high school, which was you know a very long time ago. The word coach isn’t in that dictionary. It’s funny, I will say coach is not in my dictionary and literally it is not in there. I do agree I think it is overused. I never call myself coach. I provide spiritual guidance. I provide spiritual innovators with tools to help them move forward in what hey want to accomplish here. I think people, like anything can misuse and think that oh, I am doing, I am the healer. No, you’re just a tuning fork. I’m really, one of my soapbox things to kind of make sure that people don’t really take themselves too seriously with that. To remember that no one else has any more power than someone else here. You know, it’s just focusing on that power and how you want to focus it.

What are some hobbies and activities do you like to do outside of work?

Sing!!! I started taking singing lessons a year ago and it is the hardest thing I have ever done and I love it. I also knit, read, and cook. To name a few off the top of my head.

What are some of your guilty pleasures?

Television. I love TV. And, I love a good mystery novel.

What is something that you have dreamed of doing and hope to do one day?

I dream about singing during an open mic night. And, honestly, that dream isn’t that far away.

How can our readers get in contact with you?
Website: www.soullanguage.us; contact email is on the site…people can actually call me. I pick up my own phone. Somebody called me yesterday, expecting to go through on of those automatic services but it was me. I’m about connection, so putting you through 16 gatekeepers is not going to be about connection. The phone number that you can list is 862-368-5877. Facebook: Under Jennifer Urezzio or Soul Language Twitter: @soullanguage

Is there anything additional you would like to add?
I just want to make sure that everyone knows that transformation is about fixing anything. It’s about remembering that you’re whole and complete. So often, I think transformational people can create this, oh well, you know….there is so much judgment. This is not about judgment. This is about knowing that you’re whole and complete, remembering it, and then turning towards it. So I really want people to understand that.
