When she made the transition in 2011 from Corporate Recruiter to Career Coach, she discovered a new passion for helping people strive for career success. Inspired to create a network due to a lack of access for peer support and mentoring in her own career; she founded Black Career Women’s Network, a networking platform to support African-American women in with career development.
