My first experience with Comedian Christinee Porter was with her character Ms. Shirleen. There was a lot going on that week. Racial Divide. Alton and Philando. Dallas. Everything. I had been probably some form of mad, tired and annoyed as hell every day for a couple of 
weeks straight. The headlines were draining. There was nothing even remotely good to read about and then BOOM. Ms. Shirleen’s video DUMP TRUMP hit my computer and I hollered. Literally.
I didn’t know who she was and it took a few more days for someone to share her IG and FB links. It was funny to see so many posts, “I FOUND HER!” like she was the last hope for mankind. But during that week she was just that. We all needed to put the Kleenex down and laugh about something. And we did. Video after video and trust me I watched them all. Multiple times because they were hilarious. So if carrying around all the drama of the day has got you down, find Ms. Shirleen. Find Yung Velveeta. They ain’t going no’ where. Even Shelby will probably show up.
