Never let someone use money or referrals as a bargaining chip for respect for your business pricing, policies and standards. This is not the Wild West. You are not up for sale or being held for ransom. Don’t let them hold your business hostage. Respect doesn’t have a price tag, it must be earned. It’s your business and you are in charge.
