While juggling being a  wife and mother, Lucinda Cross is teaching other women how to transform their experiences into real growth, their underutilized gifts into their passion and build a life of ACTIVATION. Early in her adulthood, one decision changed her path and lead her down a road of incarceration and while this experience may have very well dimmed the journey of many, it instead motivated her to find her own light. Known as Chief Activator, she is the founder of the annual Activate! Conference where she inspired women during a weekend of fire, fun and freedom. She is also an author / co-author of several bestsellers and a dynamic speaker who is showing women around the globe how to activate their own power. Let’s chat with Lucinda now…

The same go on an excursion starting with the cruise to get over my fear of being in an ocean.

Give our readers a short rundown of the Activate Conference and what they can expect to walk away with.

Resources, contracts, powerful connections, techniques on how to brand bigger as well as how to get their services or business out to the masses. Our theme is Building Your Empire While Focusing On Family so we are going to support everyone to include their family and loved ones in the process without exhausting the family’s time or money.   We want to build stronger households and show visionaries how to make the 6/7 figure business together.

Finding Your Joy

What was your biggest worry ten years ago and what have you done to eliminate that worry since?

I used to be afraid that I would work a 9 to 5 till I was 65. I stopped worrying and started putting a business plan in places to leave my job and become my own Boss. That’s the best decision I ever made.
