What led you to start a business of your own?
My initial business idea stemmed from a desire to assist people and make a positive impact with an entrepreneurial mindset. While working in corporate America and observing companies merging, I saw a shift in culture post-merger, moving from a focus on clients to employee layoffs. That moment you have prompted me to start my own business, where I have control and can utilize my skills to create a lasting legacy.
For a decade, I operated an adult care home in one of my rental properties, specializing in clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This endeavor was another avenue for me to contribute to the community.

My deep love for music, nature, and exploring new places abroad is a fun fact about me. Remarkably, I’ve been happily married to the same man for over 20 years, and together, we’ve had the privilege of teaching at marriage retreats – enjoyable and fulfilling experiences. Our family includes a wonderful son and a beautiful daughter, for whom I am thankful, as they are intelligent and loving individuals.
Beyond my family, I actively contribute to the community by serving on the Board of Directors advisory committees and taking on leadership roles in various nonprofit organizations. It’s my way of making a positive impact and giving back.
