If you truly want to connect, CWM will definitely take the time to prepare a feature for you. All I ask is that you be INVESTED. What does that mean? It means first being serious about your spotlight. Being on time and responding promptly and meeting deadlines and keeping us abreast of any problems. If this is not a priority or serious inquiry for you, I understand if you walk away now but if you stay you have to know that putting interviews, features etc. together, setting up releases of features–all of that takes time so we want to you WANT to be here. To want to connect. No we are not TIME, VOGUE, ESSENCE or some other large publication you may have on your coffee table but we are HERE, we genuinely want to feature you if you meet us halfway.

Write a new article about your personal or business journey (800 word count goal). Do not submit cut and pasted Bios or prior published book or article/interview excerpts. Once your article is received, it will be reviewed and questions will be compiled and sent for your response. If you are seeking a business feature, focus on one problem your business solves and impart your business offerings into the main topic. For a personal journey, remember to answer common questions on where you were, where you are now, what you learned etc. We will work with all stories to come up with a well rounded story for our readers but your baseline story is the foundation.
All articles must be original. Again we will return any questions for your response upon review in order to peel back the layers and be transparent and connect with our readers.
And yes, there is requirement!– we get a lot of requests from people who are not even familiar or fans of the blog. They aren’t vested or interested and only want a feature or something to add to their bio. To avoid this and bridge a connection we ask that with your initial article submit an article Title you have read on our blog and tell us what you liked about it or how it connected with you in the comment section on the blog. (Yes we will check!)
Upon the final review, your hi-res photo, bio and contact information and other potential marketing will be requested and you will then receive your feature release date and ad via email. Be sure to follow us on all Social Media.
To submit email your article to info@alegnamediasuite.com with the subject line,” New Feature Article” and include a mini-bio and any applicable url links for more information. Submit article in Word format only and attach directly to email (do not use Google docs etc.).
