Grief can be a completely life altering occurrence. You truly learn how to appreciate your days One Day at a Time after losing someone you love. From replaying your memories, to what-ifs, to days of just profound sadness when it takes everything in you to just climb out of bed. Recently I came across this post by Lynn Newman and thought it might help those grieving get through the day a little easier.
