Imade Bibowei-Osuobeni
Founder, IBO Execution Club
Fondly called the “Execution Queen”, Imade is a strategic advisor, with over 16 years of experience in business strategy formulation and implementation, public policy advisory as well as project risk and organizational change management. As a result of her passion to help women execute their career growth plans or business ideas successfully, she started the IBO Execution Club, a virtual hangout, where she provides clarity, strategy and roadmap to help individuals execute their plans despite their fears or other limitations. So far, she has helped over 1000 women across 13 countries and has received several awards for her exceptional work. Imade is the author of the book “The Execution Roadmap ” and when she is not writing, she enjoys cooking dinner and spending time with her family. For more information visit https://bit.ly/IBOgoals.
I see women empowerment as the pinnacle, where everywoman, regardless of her race, color, location or even religion, is seen first as a human being, and given room to build capacity to earn her seat at the policy table and influence the creation of more evidence based public policies for the good of the entire society and not just to promote the cause of her gender, just because she feels excluded. I mean, enough of this narrative where it seems like we are given opportunities because we are women; If we are qualified for it, then we should have it because we are human beings and not just because we are women.
